從光復糖廠出發，沿著林田幹線騎乘途經馬太鞍部落、古屋最後抵達秘境景點吉利潭。

The land area is about 158 km2, the population is more than 12,000, and the population density averages 78 people per km2. The uniqueness of this township include Amis Fata’an culture, Amis Afalong culture, sugarcane culture, Oryza sativa (Asian rice), red glutinous rice, black glutinous rice, arrow bamboo shoots, betel nuts, tree peas, lotus buckwheat (fire onion), ice products, wood carving, weaving , coffee… etc.

The wild vegetables lesson in Amis Fahol Tribe is hosted by the local professionals. Under the guidance of the host, we touch, smell in the do-it-on-your-own activity, with the deep explanation and experiencing. To have a deeper understanding of the Amis people’s thousands of years of wisdom, attitude towards environmental protection, and the inheritance stories of wild vegetables to the people’s life and survival.
For the Amis tribe, the place where wild vegetables are collected is the top secret. Because they attach great importance to wild breeds, their unintentional actions have resulted in cultural diversity, biological diversity, and the results of the concept of sustainability. They usually share collecting knowledge between families, pass on the thoughts of wisdom, and protect valuable knowledge from generation to generation. It’s sad to say that nowadays, the aboriginal wild vegetables collection is often mistaken by many ignorant people as poor dishes or low-level dishes, but this is because ordinary people are not easy to learn from it, and they don’t understand the importance of these wild vegetables in the pursuit of diversity and how precious they are. So please join us to know them better!
The Sado Tribe is located in the south of Tafalong Tribe, it is the tribe that preserves the most life in the old age in the Tafalong area. Currently, there are still four ancient wells in the tribe, as well as two memorial steles to commemorate the culture of Sado, providing a record of the past culture of Sado. The Sado Well is one of “The Eight Main Ancient Well in Tafalong”, also known as the best-preserved ancient well, with the history of more than 300 years. A water praying ceremony is held every October. The tribal leader leads the young people to pray for water.Under the leadership of the tribal commentator, they visit Sado, listen to the tribe’s history and culture, the heritage and customs of the ancient well, and pay tribute to the ancestor spirits and pray for a safe journey and wealth for everyone, to help more people.
The Sado Tribe started the plantation of coffee since the Japanese colonization era. it is located in a coffee climatic zone suitable for coffee cultivation, the coffee beans are of very good quality. At that time, it was some more a tribute to the Emperor of Japan. Teacher Kikuciyang spent years developing the tribe’s coffee industry. Adhering to the traditional ancient method of planting, the biggest feature is that she did it “From the land of production to the dining table”, which means from planting, selecting beans, baking, grinding beans, and brewing, were all done by her.

We collect “Handling Charge” according to number of participant. Other charges (eg. material, instructor, transportation, tour guide, meal & insurances) will be reimbursed with receipts & invoices.
12－18 people: NT$500/person
19－25 people: NT$400/person
CHARGES FOR A FULL ENGLISH TOUR GUIDE WILL BE DIFFERENT.
Handling charges including costs of contacting operators (such as paperwork, telecommunication) and field trips with students etc.
