DIY Brewing Class

| Our Goals |
54 Farm cooperates with professional brewers, to share our resources such as brewing recipes, ingredients, space, equipment, orders, and brands, to promote this precious technique.

【Beginner Class】

Talking about the basic theories and beginner procedures. Begin with the core spirit of Taiwan farmers, then bringing in the basic principles of brewing, application of daily cooking, introduction of the basic tools of brewing, and experience hands-on experience with brewing.

3 lessons provided: Amazake Brewing, Shio Koji, Miso. (Approx. 2 hours per lesson)

DAY 1 – 14:00 Registration > 15:00 Amazake Brewing > 17:00 End of Class

DAY 2 – 10:00 Shio Koji > 12:00 Vegetarian Lunch > 13:00 Miso Paste > 15:00 End of Class

Participants: min. 6, max. 12

Participants are allowed to bring about 1.8 kgs of each of the finished products.

【Advanced Class】

The Taste of Home

From koji to the completion of Amazake Brewing, Shio Koji, and Miso. Experience the complete brewing process, site planning and use of tools at home.Fermentation innovation, hand brewer, small farmer, farmland protection, solar term farming, real food, food safety, gift economy, and concept-based friendliness Merchants, friendly consumer groups, etc., learn the insignificant keys of successful products.

Participants: min. 4, max. 6

Participants are allowed to bring about 6 kgs of each of the finished products. (1 jar & 2 boxes)
