Feng Colorful Plant Dye Workshop

Founded on January 22, 2009. With the efforts of the Fenglin Town Literature and Historical Association and the support of the local competent authorities, the old exterior building of the Tobacco Barn, where people used to gamble, was converted into a place for the exhibition and sale of Hakka women’s plant dyeing products, to promote their creativity. We’ve moved to a Japanese-style house with over 90 years of history next to the local cultural belief “Shoutian Temple” on March 23, 2019.

With the effort of Fenglin Digital Center, it integrates community cultural industry operators and public and private sectors, to promote industrial alliances, and assists the exploitation local specialty products, as well as combining local cultural sites (such as the DreamWorks principals Fenglin, Hakka Heritage Museum, Tobacco Barn Cultural Settlement), to promote the tourism characteristics of community cultural industries and drive business opportunities in Fenglin through e-commerce marketing technology.
