Zhang’s Tree Garden
Located in Qingfeng Community of Ji’an Township, where the first immigration village built during the Japanese Colonization era, also known as the exemplar immigration village.
Zhang’s Tree Garden is a Japanese-style landscaping themed leisure park. It occupies a large area and is planted with many pine trees and beautiful potted plants, as well as vast lawns and pools. This place is also filled with many Japanese-style elements such as torii gates, red bridges on the water, cherry blossom trees, Mitarai, prayer shrines, which makes it feel like Japan. You can even take photos with the Kimono on while strolling around!
It will start operations in January 2022. In addition to the Japanese garden landscaping, you can watch cute little animals and interact with them to feed them.
You will first see a Japanese-style garden after entering, with small bridges and flowing water, cute mushroom tables and chairs, transparent swings, and kitsune torii. In the middle of the garden is an indoor dining area and a changing area of Japanese-style clothing. There’s another Japanese-style garden in the back with sailors’ houses, prayer shrines and other landscaping as well as the lovely sika deer taking their walk. Children are allowed to interact and feed them!
Besides sika deer, there are also racoons, goats, rabbits, and guinea pig. They even have tabby cat, meerkat, and marmot indoor!
You can experience wearing the kimono for free to take pictures. There are sizes for both adults and children.
There is a cafe in the park, where you can use your entrance ticket for a 100-dollar discount. The menu includes tea, coffee, juice, sparkling drinks, hot-pressed sandwiches, muffins, desserts and set meals.

Purchase the ticket at the entrance, and you’re allowed to enter & exit the park during business hours on the same day repeatedly.
NTD200 for 120 cm and above, which can be discounted to NTD100 for consumption in the park.
NTD50 for children below 120cm. (Free Carrot Feeds)
No need to purchase ticket after 17:00, and admission is NTD150 per person (adult only).
